Strategy and Creativity In the strategy phase, marketing details are reviewed and researched which leads to a strategy document detailing targeting and media needs. In the creative phase, a series of ideas in sketch form are reviewed to get a sense of direction and a concept is approved for design.
Design and Production Starting with media specs, the design phase goes through layout and artwork stages where decisions are made. A proof of the final art is approved and signed by the client. In the production phase the artwork is delivered to the client or their printer or media outlet.
